Hello March snow! Asheville Public Works crews headed out on the roads this morning spreading salt to clear the main roads.  Roads are now mostly clear.   According to the National Weather Service, a winter weather advisory remains in effect for Buncombe County until 11 a.m. Wednesday.   Here are some updates on City services affected by snow:
