Asheville City Council will discuss short-term rentals during its upcoming meeting, 5 p.m. May 12 in the Council Chamber on the 2nd floor of City Hall. Tune in on Asheville City Government’s Livestream channel if you’d like to listen to the discussion live during the meeting.
No action will be taken, there will just be discussion on this issue. Council has already received extensive public input on short-term rentals in an earlier session and no public comment on the matter will be taken at this meeting.
Please note that any amendments to ordinances that come from this would be subject to required advance public notice and public hearings.
